Es un poderoso antioxidante llamado betalain el responsable del bello pigmento de la remolacha. El betalain te protege de los hongos por sus propiedades fungicidas y tambi\u00e9n es antiinflamatorio. Adem\u00e1s, la remolacha nos bendice con fibra, potasio, manganeso, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, vitamina C, zinc, cobre y hierro y apoya las funciones y la desintoxicaci\u00f3n del h\u00edgado, entre otros maravillosos beneficios. <strong><em>\u00a1Es que la verdadera medicina es sabrosa!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta es una salsa s\u00faper nutritiva deli deliciosa y simple porque es crudivegana, o sea, \u00a1que no necesitas cocinar nada! Y la puedes usar en cualquier plato donde usar\u00edas salsa de tomate: pizza, pasta, sandwiches, etc. Pero adem\u00e1s puedes usarla como aderezo de ensalada, y como es <em>rosa<\/em> derrite a cualquiera donde sea que la pongas.<\/p>\n<p>Es una salsa de amor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1P\u00f3nte creativ@ con ella!<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Salsa de Remolacha<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes: (Para 2 tazas de Salsa)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Remolacha mediana<\/p>\n<p>3 Zanahorias medianas<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 taza Aceite de Oliva o Aceite de Semilla de Uva<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 taza Agua<\/p>\n<p>2 cdta. Albahaca<\/p>\n<p>1 cdta. Perejil<\/p>\n<p>1 cdta. Or\u00e9gano<\/p>\n<p>1\/8 cdta. Cayena en polvo (opcional)<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 taza Nueces Remojadas (opcional)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cdta. Sal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Remueve la c\u00e1scara de la remolacha y corta la remolacha y zanahoria en trozos peque\u00f1os. (Para ayudar a tu procesador o licuadora a lograr una salsa cremosa)<\/p>\n<p>2. En tu procesador de alimentos o licuadora coloca la remolacha, zanahoria, ajo, sal y aceite hasta lograr una pasta.<\/p>\n<p>3. A\u00f1ade los dem\u00e1s ingredientes procurando que se hayan combinado.<\/p>\n<p>4.
